Addison Interactive ("we") operates the Addison Interactive website and the archive and production tools we run for ourselves and for workspace owners. When you sign in to one of those tools we store your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by your sign-in provider (Google, Apple, or email code), plus the times you sign in and the content you view or edit. We use that information to control access, to keep an activity record for the workspace you belong to, and to contact you about your account. We do not sell it and we do not share it outside Addison Interactive and the tenant whose workspace you are using, except with service providers that host and secure the tools (for example our hosting, database, and sign-in providers). We keep account records for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for security and audit purposes.
